What counseling can help with
People come to counseling for many reasons. Some are working through a loss. Some are managing anxiety or depression. Some are facing changes at home, at work, or at school. Others want a private place to talk through what is happening with someone who is not part of the situation.
Our counselor helps patients work through anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, school difficulties, and major life transitions.

What to expect at your first visit
At the first appointment, we will discuss what brought you in and what you would like to be different. The first visit is a chance to talk through your needs and decide together whether counseling would be helpful and how often you may want to meet.
Please plan for about one hour and bring your insurance card and a list of any medications you take.
